At Soule’ Healing & Wellness, we believe healing is more than a service~it’s a sacred experience. Our mission is to create a space where your body can unravel, your mind can settle, and your spirit can reconnect with its natural rhythm. Through intuitive massage therapy and herbal-based wellness practices, we guide you towards balance, restoration, and deeper self awareness.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any last minute cancellation. You will have 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time to cancel for any reason. There is a 100% cancellation fee for any NO-CALL NO-SHOW! If you are late for any reason, the amount of minutes late will be deducted from the amount of your massage time. If you are 30mins or more late, you will need to reschedule. Please try to arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment. If the therapist is late for any reason, a phone call will be made and you will be granted the full amount of your massage time. Please be advised, if you need to reschedule please do so 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, otherwise there is a $20 flat fee.
